Join us for a day of family fun at our Back to School event where you and
- your family can get a head start on a healthy school year.
- Dental screenings for children and adults.1
- Resources on well child, pregnancy checkups and diapers2 for babies present.
- Free backpacks and school supplies for children present at the event.2
- Information on how to renew and/or apply for CHIP/Medicaid.
- Family fun, face painting, giveaways, games, rock climbing wall, characters, hotdogs, snow cones, cotton candy, community resources and much more!
