At Community Radio, Inc., our mission remains at the heart of everything we do: provide comfort, encouragement, and spiritual strength to Christians globally, while also shinning as a light for those who are lost. As part of our continued effort to fulfill our mission more effectively and expand our reach, we have set out to complete these key projects.
New Office Building
Our goal is to build a new, purpose-built office building including our broadcasting operations. This facility will be designed to withstand the severe weather conditions common along the Gulf Coast while providing the space, safety, and technology needed to support our mission. More than just a building, it will be a center of hope and outreach, ensuring that we can continue sharing God’s Word and uplifting music for generations to come.
Backup Generators
Reliable power is essential to keeping us on the air. Frequent storms and power outages have too often silenced our broadcasts—leaving our audience without the encouragement and comfort, they rely on. With reliable backup generators, we can keep 90.5 KJIC broadcasting through any storm.
Infrastructure Upgrades
To continue serving effectively, we must strengthen the foundation beneath our ministry. Planned infrastructure upgrades include improvements to drainage, sewage, water systems, parking, driveways, and security features. These enhancements will ensure our property is safe, functional, and welcoming—creating a space where our team, volunteers, and guests can serve, connect, and grow together in faith.
