Society is changing, thankfully God never will

As God is removed from our institutions and the bible removed from our schools, we're seeing the negative repercussions of this in how our society and culture conducts itself. This is reflected in the media and popular culture. However, there are pockets of civility still. But it's not as commonplace as it once was, not even 20 years ago. We haven't seen this level of societal turmoil since probably the counterculture movement of the 1960's. That's why it's more comforting than ever to know that we have a Heavenly Father who is changeless and is still involved in our lives. Hebrews 13:8 Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever. And much of this cultural upheaval can be challenged (if not reversed) if we, as Christians, continue to live in the Word, witness to others and set a good example with our behavior and of course, spread the Good News.

Our society longs for stability. Only our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ can provide that. And we need Him now more than we ever have. We've seen what society looks like without Him. Things looked a lot better when He was still included. You can't argue with success.
