James1:5
If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you.
I have taken this scripture and stood on God's word in many different areas of my life. For example, dealing with people can also require wisdom. God can give you insight and discernment and can inspire the right words in difficult conversations. Another example is this, I decorate for homes and businesses for Christmas. There are many times that I get stumped in trying to figure out how to secure something correctly, and also I want to do a good job for my clients. God has always proven to be faithful when I ask for His assistance. He will provide the inspiration when we ask.
James 4:2 You do not have because you do not ask God.
All we have to do is ask. God wants to prove that He cares bout the BIG things and the Little things in our lives.
Philippians 4:6-7
Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
