Our actions make as much of a difference as our words

Setting a good example as a Christian is much more impactful when society sees us actually backing up our words with our actions. Doing the "right thing" thirty years ago would not have attracted any attention... But fast forward to today, and our lack of a reaction can grab as much attention as anything. Think of the myriad of TikTok (or YouTube) videos that glorify bad behavior. The same phenomenon happens when someone (especially a Christian) acts with self-control and reason. The world is looking to us to set a positive example. Ironically, and in many ways, this is the best time to be a believer.

1 Peter 2:12 "Keep your conduct among the Gentiles honorable, so that when they speak against you as evildoers, they may see your good deeds and glorify God on the day of visitation."
