It is so easy to get discouraged when we feel like God is not answering our prayers. We must remember His timing is not ours. God wants us to trust that He has our best interest at heart. Romans 8:28 And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.
If we could see a glimpse at what God had in store we would be so excited & we would be telling everyone how good our God is. We must have faith even though we can't see where He is leading us. Hebrews 11:6 And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.
We must put our trust in God knowing that no matter the outcome, He knows best.
We must follow the example of Jesus when He was praying in the garden before His crucifixion.. Jesus quoted in Luke 22:42, “Father, if you are willing, remove this cup from me: nevertheless not my will, but thine be done.”
It's so hard letting go of control of what I want, and trusting That God's way is best.
He see's what I can't see, and He may be protecting us from harm & from future heartaches. John 13:7 Jesus replied, “You do not realize now what I am doing, but later you will understand.”
